Beyond the exceptional setting of Château de La Pierre, our guests choose us for our cuisine, lovingly prepared according to the principles of the Six Flavors of Ayurvedic dietetics

Far from being limited to Indian influences, our Ayurvedic cuisine is :

  • Based on a balance of six flavours: a variety of vegetables, grains and legumes, simmered with mild spices.
  • Local: all our fresh produce comes from organic suppliers, as far as possible from the local area, right down to our bread made from locally-grown ancient wheat.
  • Organic, and often even biodynamic

Buffet-style meals are served by the fireplace in the Château’s dining room.

The breakfast buffet always includes porridge and fresh fruit, in addition to traditional bread and spreads.

The main meals are always different, inspired by the seasons and market produce.
